Schools are to close in Bologna
Friday due to a weather red alert that has flagged up the risk
of rivers breaking their banks and widespread flooding.
Italy is currently enduring the wettest part of the winter with
a rain front having hit the country Wednesday and two more
coming in on Friday and Saturday.
